Boost your computer's acceleration (boot time) and system performance by removing unwanted files and unnecessary background processes. Update your PC with the most recent updates to guard against security threats. We'll defragment up your hard drive as well.

Network Troubleshooting

Having problems with your wireless internet connection or are you concerned about the security of your wireless network? We'll help over the phone or connect to your computer online to properly configure or repair your network connection.

ISP Troubleshooting

Are you having problems connecting with your current high-speed or dial-up service? Our Agents can help you determine what is causing the issue and who to get you back on line. ISP not included.

MP3 Setup and Training

Have an agent set-up your new MP3 player online through your PC. You'll also learn how to use your MP3 player, burn your own CDs, rip (copy) your CDs onto the computer, transfer tunes to your MP3 player and discover different ways to organize your new music library. Working high speed internet connection required. Hardware not included.

Peripheral Setup (Printer, Digital Camera, etc.)

Get help connecting that new camera, printer or other device to your computer. We will guide you through the steps over the phone or connect you your computer online to properly configure your device settings. It's the quick and painless way to ensure your peripherals are correctly installed. Hardware not included.
